This online enrollment form is for students new to the Windsor Unified School District. If you have a student currently enrolled in a Windsor Unified School District school, including a transitional kindergartner or current kindergartner, please exit out of this form. You will complete the summer re-registration process for any continuing students.

Aeries Internet Registration allows you to quickly start the process of registering a new student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts and home language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.
To get started registering a new student click the "enroll a new student" button below. (If you would like to reprint or review student information for previously registered students, click the Login button.) You will be asked to provide proof of residency when you arrive at the school of enrollment. The online process typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process at one sitting, you may logout, and resume the process at a later time.
If you are applying to Cali Calmecac Language Academy, completion of this enrollment form does not guarantee admittance. The school will contact the family of each accepted student separately.
If you are applying from out of district to all other Windsor schools, you must complete the interdistrict attendance permit process, and be accepted prior to completing this enrollment form. If you are not sure if you reside within the Windsor Unified School District boundaries, please contact any district school for assistance.

Can I enroll for next-year?
Data entry for 2017-2018 is available beginning February 1, 2017 for new kindergarten students only. If you have a first through twelfth grader please go to the school of enrollment.
What do I do after completing the online data entry process?
Please call the school that you are enrolling your child in to make an appointment.
Enrollment is completed at the school of enrollment. At your assigned school, you will be required to provide proof of residence, birth certificate, and proof of immunization before completing the enrollment process.
